The buyer pays you directly. When you confirm the order, $1 per unit is charged from your TopRider wallet. New shops start with a $0 balance and a $25 credit limit. Top up from $25 when needed.

What does it cost to join?
Connecting a shop, keeping it listed and adding products are free. There is no monthly subscription. We charge $1 for each item in a confirmed order.
What if a customer buys ten items?
The fee follows the number of units: ten items means a $10 TopRider fee.
Who receives the buyer’s payment?
The buyer pays you directly using the payment details or link you provide. TopRider does not hold the buyer’s money.
Who handles shipping and returns?
You set your delivery zones and terms, then handle fulfilment and customer communication. Make your return and cancellation terms clear to buyers before they pay.
When is the $1 fee charged?
The fee is charged when you confirm the order. An unconfirmed order expires without a TopRider fee.
What happens after I create the shop?
You enter the seller cabinet, add your first product and can share your public shop link. Products, orders, finance and chats stay in the cabinet.
